Hello I wanted to share the 50th Birthday Party I catered last Saturday for a lovely couple in Staten Island NYC. The flowers where designed by the gorgeous Liz Agbor-tabi/Event Planner and color scheme was a collaboration of the existing space decor and what was in my prop inventory.

Having an all vegetarian appetizer buffet for your holiday party could be viewed as sort of starting out healthy for the New Year. I've put together a nice balance of flavors and attractive color combinations that will distract your guests from wondering where's the meat.
