Hello I wanted to share the 50th Birthday Party I catered last Saturday for a lovely couple in Staten Island NYC. The flowers where designed by the gorgeous Liz Agbor-tabi/Event Planner and color scheme was a collaboration of the existing space decor and what was in my prop inventory. We went with champagne, willow,gold and silver creating a tasteful but "blow your mind" response. Let me know what you think & please I need followers.
The Menu for Susannah’s 50th Birthday Party
Spicy Jerk Chicken, Gruyere Cheese, Mango, Green Bean, Pepper wrapped with colorful lavosh rounds, tied with chive ribbon served with balsamic pumpkin dipping sauce

- Salmon: Marinate in sesame, honey-teriyaki top with tomatillo, nectarine salsa on Brioche

- Chicken: Marinate in olive oil, basil, honey and balsamic top with sautéed apricot, grainy mustard, basil, asiago cheese & arugula
- (Silver Star Skewer: Green Olive, Sundried Tomato &Apricot
- Ground Beef: grilled with Worcestershire, garlic, scallion topped with
- Sautéed mushrooms, artichoke parmesan and Gouda/& Just Cheddar
- (Gold Star skewer: Gherkin pickle, Red Tomato &Orange Pepper)
