Sharon worked very carefully with that budgets we gave her and both events tuned out more delightful than what we could have ever imagined. We were treated to some extraordinary hors d'oeuvres last week by Sharon of Fallier Food. She went on to discuss her view that when it comes to entertaining "presentation is everything" and demonstrated how the whole event needs to be coordinated, including flowers, lighting (she has many different types of lamps available), music, food of course, etc. She wants her clients to be remembered for the uniqueness of the events she creates for them. What we tasted was really delivous and rather elaborate. I t almost seems criminal to devour something in two bites that took 5 minutes to create!
