Sharon Fallier Richards does not cater a party; she carefully designs and builds it to her client’s specifications.  She uses the same philosophy with her menus.  All menus are meticulously created, working the best ingredient combinations to provide an exciting and memorable eating experience.   There are no limits to Fallier’s culinary creativity.  The client can take command of their own ingredient combinations.  The challenge of creating new food ideas is always exciting.    
 
All of Fallier’s menus are a surprising culinary journey. Each food item is an exploration of innovative ingredients, tasteful color applications and will always have an unexpected tray or table display.  It is very important that all the menus are extraordinary, taste fantastic and are brilliantly presented.
 
Each International appetizer gives you a taste of its country by combining authentic spices and ingredients indigenous to the region.  All aspects of the countries culinary customs, rituals and color pallet are intricately work into each mouth full.
 
Fallier International Food Design also provides a unique combination of Salads, Entrees, Side Dishes, Desserts, Breakfast and Brunch items.  Feel free to mix, match and recreate.
