Sharon was wonderful to work with for our wedding.  She was professional and attentive to every detail.  She was instrumental in carrying out our wedding theme of Autumn leaves.  She worked tirelessly to solve any obstacles at our wedding site.  Our wedding turned out beautiful due to her hard work.  We got raves from our friends and family about her food and the beautiful presentation.  I highly recommend her and would use her services again if I ever find the need for a caterer.

The best reason for hiring Sharon Fallier to cater your affair is that the food is wonderful.  The preparations are beautifully presented as well.  They are not ordinary and her pricing is so amazingly fair that you almost want to tell her to charge more.  She is just wonderful to work with, not only for the client but for her interaction with table/linen people, flower arrangements.  She certainly helped us make our wedding of 2 years ago one that our friends are still talking about.

We were treated to some extraordinary hors d’oeuvres last week by Sharon Richards of Fallier International. She went on to discus her view that when it comes to entertaining, “presentation is everything” and demonstrated how the whole event needs to be coordinated, including flowers, lighting (she has many different types of lamps available), music, food of course, etc. She wants her clients to be remembered for the uniqueness of the events she creates for them. What we tasted was really delicious and rather elaborate…. It almost seems criminal to devour something in two bites that took 5 minutes to create!
